[Precautions for Use] Be careful of low-temperature burns. If the product becomes too hot during use, wrap it in a cloth. Do not apply excessive force to prevent tearing the inner bag. When using a heating appliance such as a kotatsu or stove, remove the device as the maximum temperature indicated may be exceeded. [Precautions for Use] Low-temperature burns are burns that occur when a heat source higher than body temperature is applied for a long period of time, causing symptoms such as erythema and blisters. Please note that low-temperature burns may occur without any noticeable symptoms. If used while sleeping, the maximum temperature indicated may be exceeded. Also, please be especially careful when used by children, people with disabilities, or those with sensitive skin. Do not apply directly to the skin. Those with diabetes or other conditions that affect temperature sensation or circulation may be at risk of burns. Consult a doctor or pharmacist. After use, dispose of the product according to local regulations. Heat will begin to build up immediately once the outer bag is ruptured, so be sure to open it immediately before use. This product is for external use only. Do not tear the inner pouch to remove the contents or ingest them. If the contents accidentally get into your eyes, rinse with water and consult a doctor.

[Usage Instructions] Tear the outer pouch, remove the inner pouch, and apply it over your clothing or underwear, avoiding direct contact with your skin. It will warm up within a few minutes. No shaking or rubbing is necessary. If you need to discontinue use, return it to the outer pouch and seal it. It can be used several times. However, heat will be lost during this time, so we recommend using it within a short period of time.
