This is a new type of Worcestershire sauce that uses a method that does not involve heat treatment to break down and extract the flavor of raw vegetables and spices as they are. Product contents: Brewed vinegar (domestically produced), vegetables and fruits (tomatoes, apples, onions, etc.), sugar, salt, spices, garlic paste/enzymes, (contains apples). Instructions: Store away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.
