[How to Use] While holding part (1) in place with your hand, rotate nozzle (2) counterclockwise to raise the head, and empty the nozzle several times until the contents dispense. (If the nozzle does not lift, tighten part (1) firmly and rotate it again.) Apply an appropriate amount to a towel or sponge soaked in warm water, lather lightly, then rinse.
