[How to Use] While holding part (1) in place with your hand, rotate nozzle (2) in the direction of the arrow (counterclockwise) to raise the head, then empty the nozzle several times until the contents dispense. (If the nozzle does not lift, tighten part (1) firmly and rotate part (2) again.) Apply an appropriate amount to a towel or sponge soaked in warm water, lather lightly, then rinse.
