This formula focuses on two functions: penetration and hydration, to deliver moisture to dry, chapped hands. Contains penetrating moisturizing ingredients that deliver moisture deep into the stratum corneum. Contains moisture-retaining ingredients that firmly hold moisture within the stratum corneum. The long-lasting moisture veil protects hands from dryness and damage caused by wet work. It blends in smoothly without stickiness. Contains moisturizing ingredients: ceramide E, chamomile extract, and tuberose extract. Lightly scented, no artificial colors (quasi-drug).
