[Usage, Uses, etc.] General Recommended Bathing Method
Soak in warm water that feels just right (around 39-40°C) to raise your core body temperature.
Recommended Massage
Sit with your knees upright and press the hollows behind your knees with the thumbs of both hands. Grasp your ankles with both hands and rub toward the back of your knees to loosen the entire foot.
[Usage Guidelines]
Measure one lump per each compartment on the bottom of the outer cap.
Measurement Image
For 200L of hot water, use approximately 50g (approximately 20 lump pieces).
● Add approximately 10 lump pieces, then add another 10 for a total of approximately 20 lump pieces.
For 160L of hot water, use approximately 40g (approximately 1 lump piece).

[Storage Instructions] Storage
●Do not fill the bottle with water. If water gets into the bottle, leave it with the cap open until the bubbling subsides.
●Tightly close the cap and keep it out of reach of infants and young children, in direct sunlight, or in high-temperature, humid locations.
●To maintain quality, do not transfer to other containers.
●Use as soon as possible after opening the bottle.
