Rice grown in Niigata Prefecture is steamed whole in a steamer, made into mochi dough, and then carefully baked until golden brown. These rice crackers have a crispy texture. Product contents: Glutinous rice (100% Wataboushi from Niigata Prefecture), vegetable oil (contains soybeans), salt, sugar. Instructions: Store away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.
