The packaging uses the design of the Kaki-no-tane gift tin, a classic Niigata souvenir. Product contents: Glutinous rice (domestic), rice (domestic), starch, soy sauce, starch hydrolysate, salt, reduced starch syrup, flavor seasoning, chili pepper/modified starch, seasoning (amino acids, etc.), caramel color, red yeast rice color, paprika color, emulsifier, (contains wheat, soybeans, chicken, mackerel).
