We use Setouchi Flower Moshio and Okinawa Salt Shimamars. Product contents: Glutinous rice (domestic, Thai), vegetable oil, starch, salt (50% flower seaweed salt, 50% Shimamars), dried bonito extract powder, kelp extract powder, processed starch, seasonings (amino acids, etc.), vegetable lecithin (derived from soybeans).
